Buying or selling a home is a big deal, and choosing the right agent or real estate team to work with is a very important decision.
Here at the Nickley Group, we believe in the benefit of a real estate team. There are more than 200 moving parts in any real estate transaction, so I find it imperative for buyers and sellers to work with a team rather than just an individual agent.

We also have a transaction coordinator whose job is to take your transaction from contract to close. She will ensure that all the deadlines are met and she will be your liaison between the lender, title company, and inspectors to make sure that everything happens in a timely manner. Her goal is to make your closing process as smooth as possible.
If you are buying a home, you will work with one of our buyer specialists. Buyer specialists are 100% dedicated to working with buyers. They are out there showing 100 homes a month. They are market experts and master negotiators who know the market better than anyone else out there.
As for sellers, you would work with a full-time listing agent. These agents list up to 15 homes a month. They are experts in the market and masters at coming up with a home selling strategy that will get you the most amount of money by accurately pricing and marketing your home.
